Registration

Use the conference registration system (button above) to make the registration and pay the registration fee.
  

• If you have attended the previous conference, please use the user account you have already created. If not, please create a new account by clicking on “Create new account”.
• After logging in, click on “+ New registration” to register for the conference and make the payment of the registration fee or “Send new abstract” to submit an abstract.

Registration fees

Early registration till 31. 5. 2026:

EARLY fee: CZK 9.500 (approx. € 393)

Student: CZK 7.000 (approx. € 290)

REGULAR registration till 30. 9. 2026:

Fee: CZK 12.500 (approx. € 518)

Student: CZK 9.000 (approx. € 373)

Late registration registration till 25. 10. 2026:

Late fee: CZK 14.000 (approx. € 580)

Student: CZK 10.000 (approx. € 414)

Cancellation received

• before October 15^th, 2026: full refund of the registration fee, a handling fee of 300 CZK will be deducted
• from October 16^th to October 31^st, 2026: 50 % of the registration fee
• from November 1^st, 2026: no refund
